| Description: | Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the direct management of all clinical aspects of the treatment program within their assigned dorm. This includes clinical supervision of personnel and ensuring adherence to Spectrum clinical design and written clinical plan. This position also works closely with the Virginia Department of Corrections personnel to ensure quality delivery of services according to contract specifications. Pay Range: $45,000-$56,000 annually. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: § State Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in the state of Virginia or similar certification recognized by the Virginia Board of Professional Counselors is required within two (2) years of employment. § Must be qualified to provide clinical supervision to staff seeking Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor by the Virginia Board of Professional Counselors. § Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, Education or closely related field, or equivalent experience is required; Master’s Degree preferred. § Experience working in Therapeutic Community model programs is highly preferable. § Experience working within a correctional or secure environment is a plus. § Must have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. |
