A 27-year-old man in jail on a bench warrant is now in more trouble after accusing prison officials of grabbing his penis during a strip search. As the Butler Eagle reports, Andrew T. Halaburka, 27, of Homestead, Allegheny County, faces charges of false swearing and false reports to law enforcement in the incident at the Butler County jail last month. According to the newspaper, Halaburka on Aug.29 reported to prison officials that a county corrections officer conducting a body search grabbed his penis. Read More. |
