The Moose Lake Correctional Facility welcomed its new warden with a installation ceremony Thursday, a new tradition by Minnesota Department of Corrections. An honorable installation ceremony was given to Bill Bolin. It started with the posting of colors by the Willow River/ Moose Lake Honor Guard. After, a drum ceremony took place. Commisioners from the department of corrections spoke about Bolin's leadership and qualities that drove home the purpose of his role.
