Manhunt focuses on fresh clues for Oklahoma prison escapees

State and local police were working fresh clues in the manhunt for two convicted murderers considered armed and dangerous.
William D. Davis and Douglas E. Gray escaped from the medium-security Mack Alford Correctional Center in southern Oklahoma on the morning of March 16.
Search teams on Saturday discovered human footprints, clothing, an ammunition box and other items in the general vicinity of the escape.
Prison spokeswoman Mary Lou Rush said 75 to 100 lawmen and four teams of tracking dogs were involved in the search in very rural and rugged terrain.
'We believe they are still in the area,' Rush said. 'They're not familiar with the area, but both of them are in good physical condition.'
Davis, 46, is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, 168 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was serving a life sentence for first-degree murder dating from a
1974 case. Davis was convicted of stabbing a man with a 10-inch hunting knife some 80 times during a robbery. He was eligible for parole in February 2002.
Gray, 35, was also serving a life sentence for beating and shooting a teacher in 1988. He is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and 140 pounds. Prison officials believe it was the relatively slight builds of the men that helped in their escape.
Rush said the men hid in a false compartment of a mail cart filled with road signs manufactured at the jail. The cart was hoisted into a pickup truck by a fork lift and driven to the post office in town, Rush said. Once there, one of the men jumped out and brandished a homemade 9-inch long 'shank.' Rush said the makeshift knife was fabricated in the sign shop, where the two men worked.
The escapees fled in the prison truck, but abandoned it nearby, officials said.
The next sighting of the men Friday came from a Stringtown resident, who told police the men broke into her home, tied her up and stole guns and ammunition.
They then stole her Ford Taurus, but abandoned it not far away.
The manhunt is concentrating on the east side of Stringtown, a small community located about 100 miles (160 kilometers) southeast of Oklahoma City and 50 miles (80 km) north of the Oklahoma-Texas border.
Both men are believed to be on foot and authorities said they have at least two guns, a knife and ammunition. Both men are from Oklahoma and have relatives in the state.
Prison officials said they believe other inmates may have been involved in the escape.

The selection of a contact or non contact all kinds of sensor depends on your application. Although non contact technology seems advantages it is not possible to use non contact Nagano keiki Pressure sensor for each and every application. Some non contact abs speed sensor like laser and ultrasonic sensors may be dangerous. The advantage of non contact sensors are that there is no mechanical contact so there is no friction and the mazda 6 suction control valve does not wear out. Hence operating cycles are more. Non contact suction control valve are more costly compared to contact Speed Sensor. Operating temperature and frequency response of a contact Pressure Sensor is high. Some non contact sensors like ultrasonic sensors may have a blind range.Oxygen Sensor Parking Sensors BMW SERIES MERCEDES BENZ SERIES
