The Director of Residential Services will administer the day-to-day operations of a 78 bed, 24x7x365 residential facility. Responsibilities include directly managing campus operations staff during weekend and evening hours, managing all campus operations staff vacancies, and instructing employees in proper methods and procedures to use when working with clients. It is critical that this person drive compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Full-time or part-time opportunity available. Graduation from an accredited College or University with a master degree social work, criminal justice or other related fields. Minimum five years experience in a residential child care agency including two years working with adolescents in a residential care setting. Possess a Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) license or be eligible to be licensed as a LCCA. Will be required to obtain a LCCA license within 6 months. Must pass all criminal history background checks. Must have Texas driver’s license and provide Department of Public Safety proof of driving record acceptable to agency insurers for the past three (3) years. Must submit to pre-employment drug screen and TB test as well as random drug screens when directed. |
