| Description: | Responsible for assisting the public and law enforcement officers in locating information and answering procedural civil and record unit questions. Enters and retrieves information in various law enforcement computer systems. Processes civil and criminal documents, licenses and forms. |
| Special Instructions: | Applicants must submit an on-line Civil Service application and supplemental questionnaire by the closing date of Friday, August 3, 2012. Qualified applicants will be scheduled for a written examination to be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, in Everett, Washington. The minimum passing score for the written examination is 70%. Applicants must also submit a keyboard test score of at least 35 net words per minute in order to continue to the oral board portion of the testing process. The top 15 passing scorers will be scheduled for an oral board interview that will be held on Monday, August 27, 2012, in Everett, Washington. Required pre-employment examinations including, but not limited to, a complete background investigation, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and a polygraph examination. A psychological evaluation may also be required. Completed applications must be submitted through NEOGOV site by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, August 3, 2012, to be considered. |
