| Description: | The Case Manager provides case management and counseling services to inmates/residents and their families. This position assists the inmates/residents becoming aware of strengths and needs in adjusting socially to their environments.
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a degree in social or behavioral science or a closely related field with work experience that includes directly providing case management services or training for same preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
