The Sheriff’s Office is building an ongoing eligibility list for current and future positions. All testing through National Testing Network (NTN) must be completed by October 28, 2016. Salary Information: From $3,938 up to $4,959 per month (base salary) Bilingual Pay: Employees who are fluent in Spanish (and possibly Russian and/or American Sign Language) and use these skills while on duty will receive an additional 5% per month after passing a Standardized Language Fluency test administered by Linn County. Special Instructions: | All candidates must complete the ORPAT and REACT tests for this position. ORPAT is scheduled separately from the NTN home page. You must schedule both a REACT and ORPAT test for this position. Testing for both REACT and ORPAT is available at the Brooklake campus of Chemeketa Community College.
