| Description: | Prefer at least two years of experience as a residential counselor providing direct care to high risk youth and families but willing to train. Must have demonstrated writing skills for reports that accurately reflect treatment planning, goals and progress in treatment. Must have skill in providing court testimony that accurately represents youth and family progress in counseling and treatment. Must be skilled in working under clinical leadership. Will be responsible for the counseling and clinical needs of up to 16 youth within a secure and residential facility that are referred under delinquency and abuse and neglect issues. This is a full time position with benefits located in Northern Michigan. |
