| Description: | The Correctional Sergeant provides supervision and training to assigned staff; performs a wide variety of Correctional Officer and supervisory duties; participates in the investigation of crimes, preparation of cases for prosecution, control of inmates and is the Watch Commander for the Delano Modified Community Correctional Facility. Provides training to Correctional Officers. Performs a wide variety of correctional officer duties related to the operation of the Modified Community Correctional Facility. Responsible for the supervision of daily operations and of employees within the Delano Modified Community Correctional Facility. |
