Ind. juvenile facility sees new superintendent |

Indiana Department of Correction Commissioner J. David Donahue promoted Frances Osburn on July 10, 2008, to the superintendent position for the Indianapolis Juvenile Correctional Facility. “With her 23 years of experience in the Indiana Department of Correction, I am confident that Ms. Osburn’s leadership and experience will serve the facility well,” Donahue said. Osburn began her career in 1985 as an INDOC corrections officer. She also was the assistant superintendent at the Indianapolis Juvenile Correctional Facility. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Indiana University, and a master’s degree from Oakland City University. |
