CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) have arrested and charged a woman with harboring an inmate who escaped from custody at a local hospital on Sunday. 31-year-old Lashonda D. Kirkwood has been charged with accessory after the fact. Authorities say Anthony Labron Bell escaped custody from Erlanger hospital early Sunday morning, and was on the run until Monday night, when authorities say they located him at Kirkwood's apartment on the 700 block of North Germantown Road.
