For more than 25 years now, SYSCON JUSTICE SYSTEMS has been the market leader in the development and implementation of Offender Management Systems.  The TAG system now comprises a full suite of OMS applications covering the entire justice continuum from pre-trial through to the end of incarceration or community supervision.  In addition, we have developed a fully integrated set of financial modules covering inmate trust accounting, commissary management, inmate payroll, and community fines, fees and restitution payments and a corrections-specific Medical Records application.  Most recently we have expanded TAG to ensure that modern monitoring technologies such as GPS and IVR can be attached directly to the integrated records' system.  Finally, Syscon is proud of the skill, commitment and dedication shown by our analysts and trainers, many of whom have come to Syscon after long and distinguished careers as correctional officers.

From the beginning, we have recognized the value of integrated records' management, building our applications from pre-trial services, through jail and prison management, and on to community corrections' supervision on the model of the enterprise-wide database.  This unique ThroughCare approach ensures that offenders can be tracked consistently throughout the period of their involvement with the justice system.  In the US, 8 State agencies and 13 of the nation's largest mega jails have chosen TAG as their OMS.
