Los Angeles, CA- Public Communications Services (PCS) is pleased to announce the acquisition of our current call processing equipment (CPE) partner AGM Telecom, based in Keller, Texas. AGM Telecom is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCS. The corporate headquarters of PCS will remain in Los Angeles, with the AGM Telecom office now a satellite office in Texas under the PCS umbrella.

In 2007, PCS CEO, Paul Jennings laid out a strategic vision for PCS that included both vertical and horizontal integration. The AGM Telecom acquisition represents an important vertical integration step for PCS, allowing it to have more control over the design and servicing of its CPE, a critical component of the PCS business.
