Newly Acquired Facilities DSI/ITI has been very successful over the preceding quarter in expanding their customer base across the country with their three core product lines – the Offender Communication System (OCS), a trusted inmate phone service, the Offender Management System (OMS), the company’s industry-leading jail management software and their offender case management platform, the Probation and Parole Management System (PPMS). DSI created a fully capable, yet scaled down version of their comprehensive web-based offender management system called OMS Lite for Appriss® Inc. in order to supplement smaller sites (less than 100 beds) with the jail management platform necessary to communicate inmate information into the VINE system. The following sites were equipped with both OMS Lite and the VINE system during the third quarter.

This joint venture marks the first comprehensive integration of a jail management system with an electronic medical records product, enabling corrections professionals to answer the health maintenance needs of every inmate.
