In our Provincial System restraint chairs are not allowed any longer.
They use a body belt system now that has Velcro in the belt [url=http://www.arydigital.tv/ary-digital-old-dramas/] Ary Dramas [/url] system for quick restraints. We treat minors way different than adults.
